Doug reports that Vincent arrived at 13:13 on June 13, 2005 at Phoenix Baptist Hospital, Arizona.
Those are lucky numbers, of course.
The proud and happy mother is Kim Osborn, of Phoenix.
Vincent weighed in at a very healthy 8 pounds, 10.6 ounces, and is 21 inches long. (3925 grams and 53 centimetres)
